1. A 'default judgement' was made against me after I had disputed a supplier's invoice at work. The supplier took his anger out on me when I would not authorise payment and wrongly named me as a 2nd Defendant in his online Money Claim. This became a huge problem for me because he had used a 4 year old address of mine in his claim. I received no papers and had no opportunity to defend the claim. Judgement was made 'in default'. I became aware of the judgement through 'checkmyfile.com' 3 weeks after the CCJ was ordered on 4 April 2014. I applied to have the judgement 'set aside' and sent a cheque for £80 to pay the fee. One month later and after numerous calls to the Salford court admin centre, I finally found out why nothing had happened. The fee had risen from £80 to £155 whilst my application was waiting to be dealt with. I paid the new fee by card and the hearing took place at Chester County Court on 8 July 2014. The Judge was great and not only had the judgement 'set aside' but made the Claimant state 'on the record' that no claim existed and, accordingly, he ordered that the judgement be 'struck out'. I asked when this would be updated on my credit report. The Judge answered that he had no idea as his Order would remove the judgement from the registry and they did not deal directly with the reference agencies. I immediately contacted the 3 main agencies with a letter and a copy of the 'set aside' order. Within 48 hours, both Experian and Callcredit replied and confirmed that they had already removed the judgement after receiving an updated register. However, Equifax continued to report the CCJ as 'live'. Checkmyfile.com promised that they would speak to Equifax on my behalf. I had to pay their subscription first. It's only £7.99 but I paid only for this purpose. I have received 6 replies over the last week from checkmyfile.com. The replies are all from different 'credit analysts' and all have different information and advice. None have helped in the slightest. I find it hard to believe that these are REAL, EXPERIENCED credit analysts as their understanding is very limited and, in most cases, their advice plain wrong. I have been told that 'Equifax need a 'Certificate of Satisfaction' from Northampton' and 'Equifax won't accept the 'General Form or Judgement or Order' and need a stamped 'certificate''. I have explained that the Order that Chester Court sent to me IS stamped and sets out exactly what the Judge said in court on 8 July 2014. The judgement is set aside and the claim itself is struck out. The claim NO LONGER EXISTS as it has been struck out and deleted. Therefore, how can I 'satisfy' something that does not exist? And why would I want to acknowledge that there IS a claim by asking for a Certificate of Satisfaction? I need to know why Equifax have not removed the judgement from my file just as the other credit reference agencies did when they received notification of the court Order to 'set aside'? I need to get this judgement removed quickly as I will not pass a landlord's reference check otherwise. Please can anybody advise me as to the best way to approach this problem? I should be most grateful for your direction on this matter. Finally, am I alone in thinking that 'default judgement's' are ordered far too quickly. Anybody can make a claim and if they knowingly use an old address, it is 99% likely that a judgement will be made 'in default'. The Judge at my hearing was angry with the Claimant and actually said that his actions were 'reckless' but nothing else happened. I have had to spend £155 for the application fee and I have wasted days and it's STILL not sorted out. Surely the system needs amending here?
2. Hello, Sorry that my question is a little basic but like most new people im having trouble getting my head around the rules. Plus i have terrible baby brain at the moment! After a long 6 years of repairing my credit history (which is now in the excellent category! ) I have just checked my equifax report, as i will shortly be needing to apply for a mortgage, to find out that I can still view old credit agreements including late payments and a default which stretch back past the 6 year limit. are equifax displaying this information on my credit checks and are they allowed to? should i be applying for them to remove it? Also does the six year limit date from the last acknowledgement of payment, or the default notice? i.e. if the last payment in relation to a debt was paid in July, the first non payment in August and the Default to a DC in Nov, when would it become written off?
3. I defaulted on one of my credit cards on 17/07/2008. Over the last year I have purchased my £2 statutory credit report from Equifax a few times (Jul'13, Nov'13, Apr'14) and each has shown the same 17/07/2008 default date for my credit card. Last week I purchased another report on the 18/07/2014 expecting this default to no longer show but despite the report being a 'snapshot' of my report 6 years and one day after the default it was still showing. Not to worry I thought as a search on the web has shown that Equifax dont normally knock defaults off until 1-2 weeks after it should have. Just checked my report again today 27/07/2014 not only is the default still there but they've sneakily moved the original default date over 6 years ago to a few days later to 21/07/2008 (should be 17/07/08). I thought the default date was immoveable? Can they keep shifting the default date at will? By the way I have pdf copies of my previous reports on my hard disk showing the original date.
4. This is my first post to assist anyone cancelling their credit report trial or monthly fee with Equifax. I started a 30 day free trial in April with the intention of cancelling before the trial period ended. Due to unexpected personal circumstances I forgot. I started being charged £9.95 per month and cancelled in August. I requested a refund of the latest month's charge and they also offered a refund of £29.95 for the previous charges. I cancelled via their website as I prefer to have a written record of communication. I think they prefer you to cancel by telephone as it's a little tricky to navigate doing it online. However, it does work and I've done it a few times over the years. Login as usual and make a note of your credit report number. At the bottom of the page click on FAQs. It will take you to another page and ask you to log in again (if you have not used this part of their service before I think it will ask you to create a login for it). Then click on 'ask a question'. Click on 'product' and pick an option - I chose 'Equifax credit Report'. Click on 'category' and pick an option - I chose 'I have a question' ('I have a question' is listed 3 times and I picked the 3rd one on the list). I then clicked on 'other'. Enter your credit report reference as requested. Enter your message in the box and submit. It will then bring up some 'auto responses' and ask if they answer your question. Submit your question again so that it is sent to a real person who can respond. If you don't hear back in a couple of days login again and resubmit (this only happened once throughout my communication with them). Be persistent and don't accept anyone telling you no. Here is the transcript of mine and their emails: Me: Please cancel the £9.95 per month charge with immediate effect. Please do not charge me for the amount debiting my account today as I will not be using the service - if you have already debited this from my account then please refund. Thank you for your assistance. Equifax: Thank you for getting in touch about your Equifax subscription. I've reviewed your request for a refund, along with your membership history with Equifax. I can see you signed up online to our Free Credit Report in April 2014. Your first 30 days' access to this product was free but there are monthly charges after this unless the service is cancelled. I've cancelled your product now so you won't be charged again and in light of your comments about how we subscribed you to this product, I've also refunded your previous payments. You'll see this return to your account in the next 5-7 working days. I hope you find this useful. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please let us know. Me: Thank you for your email. Please be advised that I have only received the latest payment of £9.95 refunded. As your email states 'I've also refunded your previous payments' please ensure that the remaining payments are refunded too. Me again: Thank you for your email. Please be advised that I have only received the latest payment of £9.95 refunded. As your email states 'I've also refunded your previous payments' please ensure that the remaining payments are refunded too. Equifax: Thank you for getting in touch. As you were charged £9.95 on the day you cancelled as a good will gesture we refunded you this £9.95. We cannot refund you previous charges as you did not contact us to cancel. I hope you find this useful. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please let us know. Me: Thank you for your email. Please be advised that I have only received the latest payment of £9.95 refunded. As your email states 'I've also refunded your previous payments' please ensure that the remaining payments are refunded too. The original response from Tiffany clearly states that 'previous payments' will be refunded. Therefore, please ensure that the previous payments (plural) not just a singular payment are refunded. Equifax: Your enquiry has been passed to myself for further investigating. I have taken on board your comments and have authorised the refund of 3 months payments. The amount of £29.85 will return to your account in the next 5-7 days. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please let us know.
5. Hi I have red trough the forums and hope to find a solution. In summer 2012 I had a major surgery and was in an out hospital. Being alone I missed some payments to EON. I have tried to ask them as a gesture of good will and was prepared to send them proof of my surgery. They replied politely that the snwer is now they will not remove the 2 late markers from the equifax file. I am however confused as the account was in order prior to June 2012 there were no records from EON on equifax at all. The moment the payment was late they placed the red mark. Also I remember seeing a letter when I was out of hospital in the autumn advising that a default was going to be recorded and by than the debt was settled. So all the months before June 2012 when payments were made were not recorded in green and than they start with a red mark? That does not seem right to me. From my understanding I will have to cancel my contract with them in writing, move to a different supplier and than argue with equifax to remove the late markers? Any advise much appreciated. EON has made it clear they will not remove them and I am now getting declined for mortgages I apply for. Anything else on my file is good.
6. Quick question I had bad credit from years ago. All accounts were defaulted (not settled) and no longer appear on my credit file (they all disappeared years after default). Numerous agencies have tried to chase the debt but cca's etc have kept them at bay. Checked Equifax today and I notice I have 4 trace searches done in the past year or so. What affect do these searches have on credit worthiness as all my other lending is now tickety boo. Can other lenders (especially mortgage lending) see these searches and if so is that my hopes of re-mortgaging ruined? Cheers
7. Dear All, After breaking my back in 2002, I was left incapacitated and unable to work and a HMRC debt of £20K inc interest, the principal is approx £10k. By 2007 I was physically back on my feet and earning money again and with an agreement in place, I started to repay the HMRC debt at £300 a month. I started a new business which was doing well within a year and by the end of 2007, I took out credit cards and a loan. The economy hit and by 2011 things became very difficult indeed, I paid everyone in the company but myself and continued to repay the debts, another learning curve. Ironically the customers who went bust on me due to theft and misappropriation of funds were both financial and spread betting institutions, I owned an IT support company. By 2011 I lost the business and panicking and under the advice of my friend Financial Adviser, I borrowed £5k from family to pay Credit Card Killer and a Mr Basil Rankine to transfer the debts to his company, as you know this failed miserably. Lots of other things happened as they do with life and I fell into a serious depression and I’m now coming out of the other side and want to get a job and get my financial feet sorted out, s o I’ve signed up to Equifax and there is some confusing things. Currently I have no way of entering into any repayment plans with creditors or HMRC . I’m hoping for advice that either I’ve done everything as best I can, or there is possibly that I can do more, either way, thank you for your time. Nov 2009: BarclayCard was £9849.81 on nothing has been paid since. May 2010: Mercers served a default notice ( attached ) different date than Equifax NB: Within 6 months I received many notices of intended litigation, I stated to all creditors that this is an excellent idea and I looked forward to going to court and having my entire situation reviewed, needless to say none of them did anything April 2011: I sent BarclayCard a letter stating my position and that I required a resolution by May 2011, in other words, go to court or stop contacting me. (attached) April 2011 – Barclaycard sent a letter of assignment and transfer to MKDP LLP, balance of account now £11028.51 (attached) May 2011 – MKRR Stated I could not assign the debt to another company. May 2011: MKRR Reitterated the same and stated that I knew they had been assigned the debt now and I should contact them to discuss payment, I insisting on court. Aug 2011: MKRR Disagreed there was any dispute and I never heard from them again. Nov 2011: Raven recoveries letter, no mention of MKRR Feb 2012: MKDP creates a credit card agreement on Equifax, I knew nothing about Mar 2012: Barclays letter,, I never sent one. again no mention of MKDP. May 2014: MKDP registered a Gone Away notice – I’ve not heard anything from them Any thoughts on if I can make any changes to improve the situation or if they have done anything wrong? I have attached some relevant documentation that should help, do let me know if you require more. thanks very much everyone for your help, Kind regards
8. As far as I understand it, your credit file goes back 6 years yet my credit file shows history on certain credit agreements going back to 2005. On top of that, despite having just the one default and some missed payments for a mobile phone contract in 2008 (when I was in dispute with the company) my credit score overview says "you are currently not making all of your payments on time and are several months late in making some/all payments" even though I am making full payments. My default ends in 3 months and I've been a good boy for over 5 1/2 years now. And a couple of credit agreements that were listed - including perfect repayment history loans - have mysteriously vanished despite only being paid off this past 6 months or so. How come? Finally, can I get some clarification on how long I'll be affected by an expired default? I assumed the 6 year blacklist was the punishment and when it goes I will be free but when I went to a mortgage advisor expecting to get the all clear to look for mortgages when my default expires, he said that lenders look over the past 3 years and will see that I was served a default in that time and will black list me. That turns a 6 year credit blacklist into a 9 year blacklist. Is he right?????
9. hi all I just got my credit file today, and there is a credit card default from Lloyds tsb its listed like this start 20/03/2001 default 05/2008 end 19/05 2008 then my date of birth and last updated 30/11/2012 whats this mean as I have not acknowledge any debt or made any payments to anyone for over 12 years, is this statue barred as its now 2014 ? also it then lists credit card marlin financial services for the same debt as start date 20/03/2001 default 05/2008 end 21/05/2008 does that mean 21/05/14 it will be statue barred ? and is it correct the I should have both these listed on my credit file ? does not the default start from your last payment ? thank you all for your time god bless
10. I had a default on my file which should have dropped off 10 days ago, CallCredit and Experian removed it within 24 hours but Equifax are still showing!? I've raised a dispute and complained on the phone twice but I just get the usually script read to me. How long do they usually take to update!?

13. Between October 2012 and April 2013 I had a dispute with Everything Everywhere Ltd [EE]. A complaint that I lodged resulted in a single Default Event (though marked as satisfied the month after) on my credit file that I'm obviously quite keen to get rid of! The background is roughly as follows: In September 2012, I noticed an irregular Direct Debit [DD] coming out of my account with the reference "T-Mobile". I called T-Mobile customer services who told me that they had no record of that DD, and advised me to cancel it. I called my bank on the same day and cancelled the DD. The funds collected under the DD were refunded into my account by my bank. The amount collected suggested was quite large, suggesting that the DD had been in place for quite some time, but since the amount each month was relatively small, I had not noticed it. In October, I received a bill from T-Mobile collections corresponding roughly to the amount refunded under the DD. It related to two telephone numbers I did not recognise. I spoke to T-Mobile customer support who advised that the matter was being dealt with Everything Everywhere, and that they would be passing the case to their collections department unless it was paid. They did not give me any information about the telephone numbers or indicate when they were last used. Following the phone call, I wrote to the CEO of EE, Olaf Swantee, and raised an executive complaint. I asked the company to send me itemized bills for the numbers that they were billing me for. I also asked for some other information and assurances but the itemized bills were the most important. In the next 5-6 months I received a few letters from EE, but never the information I requested. Specifically, I never received itemized bills or information about the usage of the phone numbers. I therefore had no way of verifying whether their requests for payment were legitimate. They did claim that one of the numbers was supplied with a handset that was sent to me some years ago, but the second number in the bill was never addressed in any way at all. Even if I had accepted liability for the first number, I still wouldn't know if the second number was legitimate, and without itemized bills I couldn't possibly know what the split between the two numbers was. My complaint was closed in late March 2013, when Olaf Swantee sent me a letter containing the following paragraph: "The Executive Office in EE is the final point of escalation within the company and we are unable to assist you with this issue any further. If you would like to escalate this matter further, you will be required to do so on an independent basis" At this point, I had grown so tired of dealing with the company, that I decided to settle the amounts. On 2 April 2013, I wrote the CEO a letter, enclosing a cheque for the full amount they demanded. On the cheque, I wrote "UNDER PROTEST", and explained that I was only settling because they had threatened me with debt collection agencies and similar, not because I was convinced that the debt was mine. I assumed that the matter had been settled. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When applying for a bank account last week, my bank declined it on the grounds that there "had been an Adverse Credit Event registered against me". Upon investigation, I found that EE had lodged a Default Event in March 2013 (when the investigation was still on-going), without notifying me of their intention to do so. When I settled the account, I had no idea that a Default event had been lodged. Otherwise, I would certainly have demanded assurances that any such event is removed before paying up. As things stand, I have contacted the appropriate Credit Reference Agencies, who tell me that the Default event can only be removed by EE, since they are the company that lodged it. However, after a few telephone calls to EE, it is clear that they will not agree to this voluntarily. Ombudsman is not interested because the original complaint was lodged over 1 year ago. EE never sent me a deadlock letter either. Should I perhaps file another complaint with regards to the Default event and then go to the Ombudsman? I'm quite happy to go down the legal route if I have to. However, before I walk down that path I'd like to know if there are any other avenues of redress. Any ideas? Thanks for reading!
14. Hi all, I need your help I find myself in a weird situation where I recently checked my credit file to find that BT had registered two bits of information all relating to the same account number with Equifax but the weird bit is they Show confliction one entry shows an account with a different 4 digits ending and the other shows another account with a different four digit ending both relating to the exact same debt hope I haven't confused yous yet. I recently contacted bt and they told me this was as a result of a bill incurred when I left bt for bt vision bt broadband and phone. When I discussed this with bt I disputed the legitimacy of the sale of bt vision to me at the time as I asked them if I needed to have freeview to be able to watch pause and record live tv they said at the time of sale no but to my shock and horror I did need it but we could not get freeview at the time so I felt I should not be held responsible for this contract as bt had miss sold me a product I would not have other wise bought after all why by something you cannot use? Bt said they did not accept this and when I told them at the time they had refused to take this back they stated they could not find any proof of this and that there evidence at best was sketchy I told them this was having an adverse affect on my mental health and causing a great deal of distress to me due to this issue and quoted them chapter and verse of Scottish contract law and miss representation which may lead to a consumer entering in to a contract they would not other wise do so and the consequences and what Scots law said from the stair memorial encyclopedia after some debate they agreed to write off this debt but failed to agree to remove two account entries from my debt stating it had nothing to do with miss selling and was instead on grounds of my mental health. When I first contacted bt I gave them the account number for the account which had been defaulted and they told me they could not find such an account and when I gave them the account number for the one which showed as settled they told me this was in fact the correct account they then stated that the account had been passed on to the debt collection agency and that as far as they where concerned was settled but that bt had registered a default on the 17/03/2010 but despite the fact that there own customer service agent states say for example account 1234 was the correct account the only default I can find is registered on a different account number say 4321. Now bt have refused to remove the two accounts what I would like to know is did bt breach the data protection act by Giving this debt two separate conflicting entries under two separate account numbers when in fact it relates to one account in this case say 1234 and by their own admission they where unable to find any such account ending 4321 is this a breach of the DPA? The reason I ask is there are two separate accounts with conflicting information on my credit file pulling down my credit rating and it seems like to me bt deliberately is attempting to miss lead people by giving these accounts two separate account numbers when in fact they all relate to the same account which according to their agent is supposed to be account 1234. I feel like they may have broken the rules possibly even the law but legally where do I stand can i insist this is sorted in to one account number instead of two or that this is removed as it is in violation of the DPA or what? I must say I find it highly suspicious as to why they would give it two separate account numbers for the same debt and also strange why they would have the two separate account numbers show conflicting evidence can someone help me here please I am confused as to how to approach this one a nd why bt feels the need to give the one debt two different account numbers? I hope yous can see why I am seeking your help on this one as I find it really strange in relation to posting two separate entries on my credit file with equifax stating conflicting info for the same debt. Robert
15. Hi I contacted Equifax in July they had some incorrect information on their file relating to a BT account. I asked them to dispute it, 2 weeks passed yesterday so I called them and got through to India or Phillipines contact centre - I could barely understand the person on the other end of the phone! I asked them to give me the account number of the BT account to which they told me they could not do this as they only have an obscured view of it. I asked them if they could chase up BT for the information, they told me they couldn't and I need to wait for 28 days. The 28 days conflicts with what they have written on their account pages where it says 21. Please can you help me with the 21 and 28 day rule here - Which is it and what must they do / give me after 21 days / 28 days? The minimum I need is a contact for BT and the original account number as they say they cant find the account when i call them on their system!! Thanks
16. Hi there, I have received an alert from Equifax with a change on my credit file. When I looked at the details oft the alert, the only change is a change of account number on an old Capital one credit card. Are Cap one meant to change account numbers at will?
17. This has been variously reported as Capital One and/or Aqua. I looked at the numbers quoted (last 4 digits) and they do not match either, as far as I can see. Aqua has recently changed its office and computer, and have become rather chaotic. They just charged me interest - even though they had collected the previous balance in full by DD. They used to be handled by HBOS in Dunfermline, but no more. No doubt somebody will soon work out who BHAP0042 really is. Cheers Arthur
18. Signed up for their free trial in December but cancelled it when trial was up... Ive tried to get my £2 statutory report today and it wont accept any card except a credit card....anyone knows how i can still get a £2 report without using credit card details?
19. Good afternoon I am new to this so please forgive me, I recently got my credit report from Equifax and there was 3 trace inquiry's on there from village investigations, the 1st being in January the last one was the 31st of May, I was just curious as to weather anybody could shed any light on this issue as in is this common practice, Are they allowed to go into my credit profile without my permission? Bearing in mind I have not once received a letter of this company so I have got no idea why they are doing this, I would be very grateful for an insight or any info regarding this matter. Thanks for taking your time to read this Gary
20. I have search list as opt in from barclaycard can anyone advise what this means it was a credit search? I have another from barclays bank plc lexisnexis Ris in other searches listing the reason as identity check to comply with anti money laundering regs ?
21. I noticed in November 2012 that my credit report had not been updated for 9 months I emailed and complained and asked to cancel my monthly £6.99 subscription stating I would like to know what I had been paying for as some accounts were paid off and some were showing wrong balances. I got an email back on the 3rd December 2012 they never answered my points that an account was nearly 7 years old paid up and had not been removed I should not have had to remind them to remove it. And asked why an account that had been paid up several months was still showing running and not up to date with a balance showing. They never answered these points just stating that the account nearly 7 years old could not be seen they never said if they had closed my account as requested. I have kept getting meaningless emails with Thank you for your recent order summary is Equifax Credit Report Price £0.00 I have had 4 of these no explanation or anything. So wrote a letter on the 17th April 2013 and had no response. Rang customer care today at Equifax an Indian lady answered could barely tell what she was saying all she kept going on about is to cancel your account you have to ring up, I told her I emailed 1st December 2012 and had an email response on the 3rd and asked if you have to ring up why was this not mentioned on the email of the 3rd December 2012. Asked her why they give a postal address but do not respond she could not answer this other than to offer me to stay for £2.99. I am really angry that they have not cancelled these payments and have took 5 more since I sent an email on1st December they have not explained what all these emails are that they keep sending with thanks for your order £0.00 and they have not responded to my recorded delivery letter on 17th April 2013. One of the accounts that was paid up I complained to them too they gave me £25 compensation as they said the information should not 9 months on still be showing a balance owed Anyone got any ideas I have paid £6.99 for over a year and not had a service I have paid for as details had not been updated for 9 months on my credit report
22. Hi, Just been checking my file with Equifax and according to that i've not paid my EON bill since Feb 2012, however i've made payments every month since then. See the picture for how it looks on my file.. I spoke to EON last year September maybe, about this and they advised that because there was still a remaining balance they have to report missed payments. after May i set up a direct debit to pay a fixed amount, but since then theres not been any updates, despite payments being made correctly, surely its not right that they are still reporting the account as delinquent. Also it still shows a balance and isn't a single green on there despite paying correctly for so long. I would expect that it should have shown as green since setting up a direct debit, but even then, 4 missed payments in May isnt a true reflection of my account either. This wont be doing any favours at all. I've complained again and am waiting for a response. Doesn't seem right at all. Any advice on what to do if EON dont sort this out?
23. Hello, I was after a loan recently. I still am, as it happens. I'm generally in the habit of paying off my debts (no matter how slowly). doing some due diligence before applying, I checked my Equifax account - nothing out of the ordinary. I paid for a credit scoring - which had me down as 'good'. I was puzzled when my bank (Barclays) turned me down, telling me that there probably was something whiffy about my credit history. I duly signed up with the other credit scoring bods - Experian - who showed me that there was a defaulted Vodafone account in my history (albeit one for which I owed nothing). A little background. I signed up, in 2005, for a 3G wireless internet dongle-type thing. It was PAYG, and paid by direct debit a month in arrears, so all was fine. I eventually (what, about a year and a bit later?) forgot about it and chucked it in a drawer. Imagine my surprise in October 2011 to find that the account had apparently seen some use, and that the debt had been passed on to a debt collection agency. One angry me and a couple of hours trying to sort it out with Vodafone later, the account was closed and the balance wiped (i.e. I didn't have to pay for usage that clearly wasn't my own). All was well, or so I thought, as Equifax had marked it as 'settled'. So, as it stands, I have a default showing in Experian's take of my credit history, and so I'm having trouble getting a loan that I really need. How do I get Vodafone to correct this? Thanks in advance.
24. I currently pay £6.99 a month to have full access to my credit report with Equifax. Is there anything that Equifax can do that Noddle can't, for free? Equifax also charge £5.95 to get an updated credit score. Is this free with Noddle also? Does it update automatically? Thanks
25. Hi all, Im looking for some advise here, I had a car written off that was on finance with Welcome Car Finance, insurance paid out in early 2006 and there was a shortfall in the balance outstanding. I made my last payment 23rd May 2006 (confirmed by MKDP via telephone) so I guess its now SB? My Equifax statement shows MKDP filed as default 2nd January 2010! How can I get them off my back and also remove this default notice from my CRA files? It is the only negative showing on my files but I struggle to get any credit at all. I have asked for proof of debt via telephone and been sent 2 letters from MKDP stating they are requesting docs from Welcome, it’s been 2 months since i requested the agreement. Please point me in the right direction??????]
