  1. Hie. Just wanted to find out if i could ever re-apply for a bank account with Barclays after they closed my account in 2006 due to defaulted Barclaycard? I did not pay or akcnowledge the barclaycard so that default has just come off my credit file last month. My credit score has improved thanks to good management of my vanquis card and running a marisota account. I nolonger have any defaults on my account and never had any CCJs.
  2. Hi, Interesting one for you all.... A friend had PPI with Barclays (unwanted) some 10 years or so ago. They messed up and after 4 months of payments agreed to cancel the loan and refinance without PPI. He's been successful in getting back the original amount, which isn't high (due to the short period) but is better than nothing, but is he eligible to the cost of the new loan too? Basically the new loan was some 3 or 4% higher and only required because of the PPI mistake. Had they not put PPI on without his permission, he'd not have needed the new loan and would have continued on the old rate. If he is entitled to it (I was under the impression he would be, but this is more complicated than the norm), how would we go about requesting it? Happy New Year Thanks DD
  3. Hi I went into debt management over 3yrs ago. I have been paying Barclays monthly through debt management however they have been logging 6 payments overdue continously all this time. I now have my life back on track and applied for a new mortgage but this Barclays 6 overdue payments for years is killing my credit. The original card was with morgan stanley and barclays have stated they dont have the full agreement but i should keep paying anyway. To be honest I am not trying to get out of paying I need to know can they register 6late payments or more every month even though I am paying and would i be better off just not paying. I need to do what is best for my credit asap. Please help if you can
  4. Hello people, I apologise for starting a new thread but I'm getting myself increasingly more confused by reading other peoples (forgive me I've just come off nights). I had a Barclays Student CC (lets call that CC-A) and also an Egg CC, which was sold to Barclays (lets call that CC-B). Both of these are still active with Barclays. I wrote to Barclays asking for information about the accounts which they studiously ignored for three letters but have finally got back to me. I am a disorganised soul so I don't actually have the details of when I took out the CC's but I think the CC-A was about 1998 and CC-B was about 2004 What Barclays have posted back to me makes little sense. . . . They only seem to have responded about the CC-B account (they sent a letter saying they are 'looking into' the other one) and have sent me two documents (separately), one is the original CC agreement for Egg, and the other is the standard agreement for Barclays. However neither contain any information about me, they are just generic, for example they don't say when I entered into the agreement and I was expecting them to. And neither say anything about PPI. What do I do next? I can see why people get companies to do this for them!! Many Thanks T
  5. My card was declined three times today. I received no call from Barclays at any stage, So, I called Barclays Premier to be told it was due to a fraudulent attempt to access my account. It wasn't, I know exactly what happened, a lady in a rural branch got a little confused because my home address and work address are 300 miles apart and questioned this, but without giving me the option to explain that, like many people, I have two addresses and my account has to be at one of them. Anyway, Premier put me through to the appropriate department, 'fraud prevention'. The first call took 40 minutes to be connected, but I was immediately cut off, perhaps inadvertently, who knows. I called again, this time it took almost an hour to be put through. I was asked several security questions relating to my mortgage payments, my partner's details etc, which I answered correctly. I was then asked the name of the most recent petrol station at which I had filled up and paid by card. I'm working in rural Wales at present, so whilst I could picture it, I had no idea as to the town or the name, and I couldn't find the receipt. I was then asked the name of a music shop at which I had spent a certain amount in money in early October. Again, no idea. The member of the Barclays team then said "I can no longer speak to you". I asked if he was joking and suggested that he might ask some more reasonable questions (i.e, what did I spend yesterday or today), but that was apparently not an option and he cut me off. So, I rang Barclays Premier again and told them this story (now 2 hours phone call at my expense on the clock). Premier were actually very good, and eventually a manager came on to the call and said that there is nothing that can be done, that I will have to go into a branch (although there are no branches here open until Monday, Christmas Eve), presenting proof of identity, and that they will have to phone through to deal with 'fraud prevention'. So, I have no access to any of my accounts over the weekend before Christmas. This is the 6th time this has happened to me in 3 years. I now cannot buy petrol, food etc for my family over the weekend, am worried that online payments will be declined etc. So, I tried to complain at the end of the call only to be told that I couldn't complain because I had failed to answer the security questions. I asked the manager in question whether he could remember the name of petrol stations and shops that he had used up to three months ago and he agreed that it was stupid, but also said that this was the system and there was nothing he could do. I should add to this that I spoke to two people in 'fraud prevention' today. Both were disinterested and borderline rude, and both seemed barely competent to deal with customers in almost any respect (for example, I had to read my account number three times to one because he was having trouble entering it into the system). The Premier staff were however very good, but could not help. The last time this happened I complained to Barclays in person at a branch (which took about 20 minutes) and I didn't hear anything. I asked the manager today what action has been taken in relation to that complaint and he said that there was no record of any such complaint on my account. So, what I would like to know is how I can take proper action, firstly I want Barclays to stop treating my money as if it is theirs (they say that stopping all my accounts protects me, but of course it protects them first), secondly I want compensation for 3 hours of my time and 3 hours of phone usage, and lastly I want to know why previous complaints simply disappear, despite the effort we have to go to to actually log the complain in the first place. Thanks in anticipation of your help folks DB
  6. As title, now it could just be a coincidence but twice now I have sent mail to Barclays with regards to different PPI claims with the two occasions being months apart, both of the letters being sent by recorded delivery thus requiring a signature. Of course neither of these letters made it to their destination and on another occasion a third letter regarding PPI was actually signed for but somehow then became lost internally! As far as Royal Mail are concerned once the letter has been posted it can't be tracked during delivery, only upon delivery when a signature is obtained can they then update the 'track and trace' section of their website. Anyone else had similar problems sending mail to Barclays or is it just me that has this run of bad luck?
  7. UGH , where do I begin? It's been a heck of a year with one thing after the next going wrong for me and dealing with financial debt and family issues, etc...so I'm writing it all down in hopes of getting some suggestions as to where to go and what I can start doing about it. (I'm not going to go into too much depth, as some of this stuff is VERY private, especially about my family) I have been getting charged for the Barclays Personal Reserve for some years now, as I missed the letter to opt out and it just got "stuck" on my account. I've now endured countless years of £22 charges every time I go past my overdraft. Every time I try to cancel the thing they just tell me that they can't as my account is inside the overdraft - so basically they're going to push me further into debt because I'm already in debt...which makes no sense at all. This has been frequent as I have had bills to pay that usually require more than I have from my JSA and any help I get from family and friends. This has caused futher strain on my relationship with my family and it has now reached breaking point. Foolishly I have relied on my credit card when times have been tough to pay bills rather than trying to sort things out. By using my Barclaycard Gold VISA to pay the bills has resulted in my card being maxed out (limit of £4,500...standing at around £4,200 right now) - meaning I'm now paying credit card bills of £100 per month. Worse still is that my bank account is in the red near the limit of my overdraft of £1,500 and frequently teeters on the brink - which means interest is pushing up my debt too. I have been reading around the forums and have found a success story about Personal Reserve charges from @gaz0609 in another thread...of course, being a new poster means I can't P.M. and ask for the template he used. So my questions are as follows... 1) Which address do I use to write to Barclays to reclaim my bank charges and opt-out of the Personal Reserve? 2) Does someone have a template I can use for a financial hardship letter that I can send to them and explain the situation? I'm also going to try and see if I can check for PPI on my credit card - and if so reclaim that too, then pay off my credit card and finally destroy the damn thing. I've read the guide at money saving expert website, and it says to send off for your Credit card T&C's...but I can't seem to find the address to send off for my T&C's either! 3) Does anyone know where I would need to send the completed T&C template letter for my Barclaycard VISA T&Cs? 4) Is there any way to find out by looking at statements, etc... if I do indeed have PPI on my card or is that hidden as well? (i.e. - what am I looking for exactly?) Sorry to sound like an ididot - but I don't have much of an idea as to where to start! Hopefully, someone here will be able to give me some pointers as to where to go with all this mess... Thanks in advance folks!
  8. I got a loan to purchase a guitar a year ago in November. The loan was for 12 months interest free but if you went over the 12 months you had to pay all the interest which was also at a woooping 29% Right, so when I got this I talked to one of their agents and set up an Standing Order to pay every month for 12 months... but it took a few days to get the paper work so I set it for the 28th of the month which was already December. Now, getting to November 16th this year they say I haven't paid the full amount on time and that I'm going to have to pay £124 for 2.5 years to pay the whole interest and that if I want to settle the account I have to pay £1700 pounds. Also, they said on the phone that the last payment they took from my Standing Order was on the first of October and when I checked my bank statement there had been 2 more payments to the same Barclays Partner Finance that I had set up and ended this month. They said I had been sent letters to warn me but the only letter I had was already after the 12 moths had expired, which was on the 16th November. It's also very convenient that when I'm £250 short they are going to get £1700 off me for being a month late... I would appreciate any advice on options here. Thanks,
  9. Hi all, I've previously used this site myself to successfully claim back all ppi owed to me. My partner now wants to claim back all ppi owed to her from Barclays on various loans dating back to around 1999-2000. She doesn't have the paperwork for any of these loans now so am I right in thinking the first thing to do is send a SAR to Barclays to try and obtain all the account numbers etc ? It's been a while since I claimed back all my ppi so any advice on what we should do first will be very much appreciated. My partner wants to go through one of these ppi reclaim companies but I've told her I can do it myself using this site !
  10. For the full story : - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-20746820 I wonder if they will employ a top notch barrister and throw loads of money at this in order to avoid paying out ??
  11. Hi all, let me try to explain everything in as much detail as I can and in chronological order. When my wife and I met we both had individual Barclays accounts and then when we married we, as most people do combined to a sole Barclays joint account. We no longer hold a Barclays account as we closed it in June 2004. Now skip forward a number of years where we decided to make a PPI claim with Barclays. Not really thinking it would be a problem, we sent a joint SAR request enclosing the standard £10 cheque. About a week later Barclays sent back a letter stating that they could not find any information on their system for us and that we would need to furnish them with account number etc for them to be able to go any further, they also said that all PPI claims need to be made individually and that this requires a payment of £10 per applicant, and they also returned our £10 cheque. This letter seemed a little stupid to me becuase the reason for asking for the SAR was to be able to find the account numbers etc, if we had them in the first place then why would we ask for an SAR. The £10 charge per applicant also seemed a little funny because surely being a joint account means that my wife's & my information would overlap on each SAR anyway. Okay, maybe a little more info is needed. In 2007 both myself and my wife changed our surnames by Deed Poll and have the relevant legal paperwork to show this. Since having the joint account with Barclays, we of course have moved address. When we sent our SAR request to Barclays we stated our current name for contact purposes but also laid out in bold type our previous name and addresses which we had when holding the account. Anyway, we decided to make two individual PPI claims last week and again sent them the SAR request form, again stating in bold type our old surname on the request letter. Enclosed with each claim we sent: A covering letter again containing previous addresses that we had when holding the account. A copy of our Deed Poll Certificate. A copy of our Marriage Certificate. A copy of our current Council Tax Bill, that shows our current address. A £10 cheque for the fee. Like I said, we made to seperate claims, one in my name and one in my wife's name. They were sent recorded as standard practice. ------- Today both myself and my wife have received identical letters back from Baclays and although they did indeed send these letters to our current address, Barclays have used our old names as the addressee. The letters basically say that they have received our requests and the information will be collated. There is however an added part on the letters asking us to fill in a seperate form that is attached, to give the Barclays branch address that we would like to collect the package from and that we would need to provide ID suah as UK Passport or full driving licence. Having already made a successful PPI claim with Sainsburys bank where they sent the SAR direct to my home address, we find it rather strange that Barclays will not do this, that we have to collect it. The problem we both have is the producing ID part, would the branch that we collect the SAR from except our full driving licences in our current name as it seems that Barclays are corresponding to us in our previous name. Would showing our driving licence along with our Deed Polls suffice? Also having had a problem in the past making a Sainsburys Bank PPI claim where Sainsburys did honour the claim but sent out cheques in our old names, which took ages to resolve and a call to the FOS or ICO, can't remember which one I called, to shake them up a bit before they eventually issued the cheques in out current name, we are worried that the same is going to happen here. I tried calling Barclays on the number stated on the letter 08457555555 but they cannot put me through to the Privacy & Data Protection Dept, they said that that department is only contactable via a letter. All I am trying to ask them is that they have the correct information on their system regarding our surname change, that they should correspond to us using our current and correct surname and that why they cannot just send the SAR to our home address. Is it the FOS or the ICO that I should call to complain, like I have said, it was one of these organisations I called when I was getting no joy myself talking to Sainsburys Bank in the past and the women that I spoke to at either the FOS or the ICO just took my details and she had called me back within a couple of hours with a result. This caused Sainsburys Bank to reissue a cheque to us within a week. Any help would be appreciated.. Kind regards..,
  12. Hi im new to this forum so any help will be much appreciated. I am currently stuck in my £500 reserve with Barclays due to other financial difficulties. As you probably know they charge £22 a week for the priviledge! With me being stuck in my reserve i am currently being charged £88 a month in fees, which along with everything else im struggling to pay. I have tried to phone Barclays but i think they have call centres in India or somewhere, and they tend to stick to a pretty rigid script so they have been no use to me. I also went into my local branch to discuss my situation. All they could do was try and set me up with a loan to pay off my reserve and overdraft! Not ideal really as thats just more debt. Is there anyway that they may freeze the charges for maybe 6 months or so to give me a chance of paying this reserve off? Has anyone had any experience with Barclays regarding reserve charges? Any advice welcome.
  13. In September a cheque payable to me drawn on Santander, was paid into Barclays, some days later the cheque Barclays wrote the cheque was dishonoured by non-payment, Barclays have not however forwarded the document and now in December have given the lam explanation that it had been sent to Santander. Of course that is course correct, it was sent via clearing, but when (for whatever reason payment was not made) it should have been returned to the clearing bank and so to me, the customer. Under normal conditions on suing on a Bill of Exchange, one would exhibit the document to the application for Summary Judgment, its therefore critical to have. How can I get a conditions of the procedure banks use when the paying bank dishonours payment of a cheque, what should happen to the original, and if the Bank has lost it, can I sue for damages, in addition to losing the cheque they have not dealt with the query within the 8 weeks mentioned in BCOBS, and in fact have given a evasive explanation. Gertrude
  14. Evening all, largely the same question as a number of other posters. I have a dormant limited company with a Barclays business a/c. the account was in credit (around £100) and I received statements once every 6 months. Over the past 12 months statements arrive virtually every few weeks and guess what? the account is O/D by £850. Not bad considering there has never been a transaction? Barclays advise as the a/c is unused it will be closed end November. Can I reclaim? Or should I SAR them firstly to fully establish charges? Seems to be a grey area!
  15. Hi, about 10 years ago the Mrs took out a Barclaycard Masterloan for £2000. We checked the old paperwork the other week, and noticed that they charged about £400 for PPI, then added interest to this £400 before the loan started. Back then she had a job where she got 12 months full pay for being on the sick, and her job was very secure, so there's no way she'd have asked for this PPI. So what reason should she put on her claim for for believing she was miss sold PPI?? Is this classed as front loading?? Keep hearing it mentioned, but no idea what it actually is.. Thanks
  16. My husband had a business which ceased trading as a result of this my husband had a loan, which he had to pay back to the bank, to pay all the debts, which the bank called in the (overdraft) he had been given. He was a sole trader, . He was supposed to be paying £200PCM via direct debit he would transfer money to this account or pay in cheques to cover the payments. The cheques that went into the account were made payable to ***** He was apparently four months behind on payments but was unaware of this. He works for his father’s business now, and is a signatory on the account. His father is the director and this is a limited company. Both accounts for both companys are held with Barclays, obviously separate accounts and account numbers, with no connection between the two companys. In October he went to the bank in order to pay cheques x 3 into his fathers business which is the limited company, the cheques were made out to this company. Somehow my husband who had a paying in book for his old company in his drawer, managed to complete the wrong paying in book and presented the cashier without him knowing three separate cheques which were made out to his fathers business. The cashier did not pick up on this error and they got accepted and paid into his sole trader business account via the banking system. This account is in a completely different name so there could be no confusion. These cheques have cleared. My father noticed that there had not been a deposit into the company bank account and queried this with me, I checked the paying in books and realised I had made an error and rang the bank. I was told that they couldn’t deal with the issue at the branch and I had to contact the Head Office Complaints Department and generate a complaint. I did this and was given a reference number and was told this could take 10 – 12 days. I rang again a week later and was told because I am a signatory on both accounts they can keep the money because my account was in arrears! Its like a cheque being paid out to fred blogs but its paid into a completely different persons account but the bank says well sorry we have taken it now. I understand the right to offset but this isn’t the right to offset rules. the way I see it as my fathers business is a substantial amount of money down which is affecting his business, c ausing bank charges and interest being lost. I should be able to claim all of these costs back. Can someone advice me what to do quickly, I think put it in writing but to who? And to speak to FOS but I also think put in a civil claim now. Advise urgently pls people greatly appreciated.
  17. hi all, I would like to start a complaint Re Barclays home insurance legal funding. I applied to them to take on a legal matter and after much deliberation they accepted the claim. The only problem was that Barclays only offered £1500 to help with the claim, while £1500 is better than nothing it is still not enough to cover all of my costs. Especially when Barclays policy handbook states that a level of funding is available upto £50k. Whilst I do not need £50k I need a significantly higher level of funding for my claim which has now gone to appeal. I relied on Barclays statement of funding to my detriment as now I can not fund my claim to pursue it to appeal. Barclays have been unable to point me to the limitation clause where it states £1500 is the standard arrangement rather than the £50k published. I am aware that Anthony Salz is the lawyer appointed by Barclays to investigate the culture of the scandal hit bank short changing consumers and I intend to write to him. I was just wondering if caggers can advise me as to how the financial ombudsman can help with this dispute. It seems that Barclays are misleading those with Home insurance into a false sense of security and not providing as per the agreements in their policy. Any help, comments, opinions most welcome. Thanks for taking the time to read. Best regards BB
  18. In May 2012 a old Morgan Stanley account of mine was sold to Crapbot. Had all the assignment letters etc. I then sent off a CCA request to Crapbot and as I thought due to the age of the account no CCA could be found. Well told them that until one was forthcoming the account was in dispute and that enforcement could not take place. They agreed they could not enforce and the last correspondence was in August saying you were paying Barclays so that is proof of debt. Sent them the various cases on here quoting that basically they were talking bullocks and to either put up or shut up... Well today is the day I met the man from the mortgage company to hand in me keys to my old property and the last chance to pick up my mail. To my surprise I have a two letters from Barclays asking for payment on this old Morgan Stanley account. ??? !!!!! Surprise it is, they say they are going to default me the usual threats, this must be the most defaulted account in history, defaulted by Barclays back in 2009 then Crapbot in 2012 and now Barclays again ??? What I would like to know is, if as they say they purchased the debt have they given it back to Barclays and is this usual ???? Barclays have been sent my reply stating, Account in dispute blah de blah ( basically where's me CCA ) and how many times can I be defaulted on this ??? Very strange as Crapbot has an old Yorkshire Bank Visa Card which they tried to get money out of me for but again due to age no CCA. Have not heard about that one in nearly two years. Can they get there money back from Creditors who sold them the accounts when they know they have bought a lemon. ???
  19. I would be grateful if you could help me with my case. Things became difficult for me and I had to default on my loans and obligations. I had a loan with Egg. who transfered it to Barclays then Moorgate Britannica. I am registered with the cccs and have made the £1 to all bar these. I requested that they send validation that I owe them this money and the only response I have had is a court hearing. I appealed to the court and now have a Defence filed questionnaire. Have I done the right thing and what should I put in the questionnaire? Ps, I rang Moorgate this morning and I know I should have not to tell them that they are taking me to court through Earlswood and they said that I have to deal with Arden(Strange) I rang Arden (I Know) and told them that I had written to their solicitors and I had no response and they have now passed on the details to their legal team that will forward the stuff to me. Do you think that Moorgate have a legal claim to this debt and what should I expect to arrive in the post and will it be enforcable? Thanks.
  20. Hi everyone. I wonder if you give me some useful advise. My partner signed agreement for 3 years fixed mortgage of 4.9 %with Barclays. We was told that was best because the Bank of England might put up their interest rates. My partner has been on the plan for 1 year 4 months no interest rate has gone up. Could she change your mortgage agreement to the low interest rate of 0.5 % ?
  21. Hi All. A few yrs ago I successfully hit Barclays for a couple of grand in bank charges from ages ago, and have now only just realised that I have had PPI on my Barclays Additions current account since 2006. Bit miiffed really, as I thought I was good at avoiding things like that. I have no memory (or paperwork) of the events surrounding the change of my account from whatever it was before to the Additions Account, so I can't say for sure whether it was a mis-selling, but I know I certainly wouldn't have signed up to it if I din't think it was compulsory. I do have all the bank statements, so I can figure out the total charged quite easily. They charge me £6.40 a month for an £800 overdraft facility. I'm self employed so have fluctuating income, I have used the overdraft facility but have never claimed on the PPI. Reading various threads on here it seems I can claim all this back. I still have all the paperwork on file from the bank charges claim, and I'm sure some of these letters can be recycled for this one. I take it I still send everything to Churchill Place (walking distance for me!) Can someone point me to the appropriate template letter and spreadsheet - not sure it's the same interest rate ect as the one I did previously. Do I need to send loads of copies of bank statements like I did last time - if I remember that was the worst bit of the whole process!. Also is it advisable to send a second letter to my branch to get them to stop charging the £6.40 from now on, or can I do this in the same letter? Thanks to everyone for looking. This forum is a fantastic resource.

  23. Hey guys, I hope everybody is well. I'll try to keep this as brief as possible. I recently opened a savings account with Barclays and initially deposited an amount of 2100 to start it off. I was told that my card and PIN would arrive within a week. Anyway after about 2 weeks, I remembered and noticed that I still had not received either my card or my PIN number - I didn't think nothing of it obviously assuming that my money was safe and that they'd simply forgotten to send it. So, I called up Barclays and was put through to one of their staff and explained the situation. He told me, "Yes, you're right it appears the card hasn't been sent on our system" and asked me to go on hold. Which I did...for 25 minutes! So I got fed up and hung up. I tried once more and got through to a lady who apologised for me being on hold....and put me on hold! Again, another 20 minutes later so I hung up and thought forget it, I'll call again another time. Called again 2 days later and got through to somebody and explained the problem. This time I was put on hold briefly and when the gentleman returned, told me that transactions had been made everyday until my account was emptied of the 2100 pounds!! He gave me locations and times that were all over the place! We established it couldn't have been me as I was working around 60-72 hours per week around that time and straight after work would hit the gym in a location nowhere near where the transactions took place. Anyway, he apologised for the inconvenience and said that he was refunding the money but I'd need to fill out a form or they would take the refund back. He was a nice guy and although distressed I was happy with how he handled it. Anyway, I thought that was the end of it..Not so. I got a letter yesterday saying that they were holding me liable and that the money would be taken back in 7 days!! This wasn't explained to me at all by the man on the phone and I just assumed this was the end of it! They said the card and PIN were used together and therefore it implicates me. Also that I didn't report the card for 2 weeks. (That is insane! I was working 60-72 hours a week and then going to the gym! The card wasn't even on my mind as I assumed my savings money was safe) I looked at the FSA guidelines and what they're doing is basically wrong. They have zero evidence against me while I have every piece of evidence that it wasn't me! Also, the worst part is that since then my friends have decided on a holiday to Vegas and I thought why not, I didn't have money to afford it so I used most of the money from my savings account to book it and NOW Barclays are saying they are taking my money and if there is nothing in there that I will become overdrawn and incur fees! This is totally ridiculous and I feel so stressed. This is going to affect my credit and everything if this happens. How do they get away with this? Is there anything that I can do? I have already written them a stern letter with all evidence and how they have given me no evidence at all. Reading stories of the Ombudsman doesn't give me faith either. How should I proceed after sending this letter? Thanks a bunch for this

HI All took out one of those at home training courses in 2006 but never got the support that was agreed in the paperwork, i constantly emailed for support but all i ever got back was replys stating change of tutor(kept emails). so i refused to pay anymore due to this as i could not complete the course without support. last payment was in 2007 i think . i was contacted in 2010 by apex claiming i needed to pay £1100 to which i replied that the account was in dispute due to the company breaking the terms and conditions of the agreement, i explained why and forwarded all the email correspondence to apex, apex had already put a default on my account to which i asked to be removed as they had no right to, they removed this and have asked for no money since but send me a letter every three months or so with whats oweing but not asking for payment, i checked my credit report today and they have put the default back on but says last updated 07/2010 any ideas on how to proceed as they are not asking for money but how did they put the default back on, it wasnt there 2 months ago. when they removed the default they also removed anything to do with apex, i cannot remember who i originally took the course out with it think it was acpd or similar. i have been working hard the last few years to keep my credit report clear and have done so until they put this back on any help or advise appreciated kind regards Tony
