Hello forum. I'm looking for some advice please I'm in dispute over my alloys on my 15 plate Vauxhall insignia, hopefully you can see an attached picture of one of my 4 alloys, all 4 are in this condition, Vauxhall warranty are refusing to replace these saying it is wear and tear. In my opinion they are blistering and have been told so by an independent dealer. Thankyou in advance group.

Ill keep this short and sweet guys.. purchased a BMW 325D from a trader. 4 weeks later discover puncture and two cracked rear alloys.. happened at Carlisle on the way home from Scotland to Wales late afternoon. Kwick fit repared and replaced. disputes with trader throught MCOL and mediation happened last Thursday morning. Ive been told because I didn't offer the trader a chance to rectify the problem the judge may award against me, it wont fo in my favour. My issues were - I was stranded, granted I could have called him but I panicked and wanted to get home! Also when I notifed him onf the situation the next day he emailed me back basically saying im not covered under warrenty! should I take this to court? I feel like ive lost me claim of circa £1800 now after mediation call. any advise would be apprected THanks Lee

Hi, on leaving the Bull Ring car park it was obvious that many previous cars had scraped/damaged their bumpers on the pillar near the exit. Therefore, on leaving myself I was cautious and avoided damaging the bumper but subsequently damaged the rear alloy of my new car! This is obviously because the angle of exiting the car park is too tight. Do I have any right to ask for compensation for the damage caused?
