  1. Please if anybody could take a look at the CCA i have been sent and advise. Have posted CCA and subsiquent letters sent by LINK who now have taken over the debt. One thing does puzzle me i received a couple of days ago another letter stating they had again sent me my CCA but all that was in the envelope was the covering letter (attached). Yesterday i received court papers from Northampton court and i am wondering if it is worth defending on the CCA they sent to me. I will just add that i am sure the document is an aplication form not a CCA as if i blow it up it does say in the wording as follows.... Signature Form- Sign and return Important-Data Protection Before you sign this agreement you must read condition 11 in the terms and conditions provided You agree that we may process, use, record and disclose personal information as described in condition 11. We shall use a credit scoring or other automated decision making system when assessing your application. You agree that we make such enquires as we consider necessary with this or any future aplication. Also when i look at the other document it does state interest rates but not for my credit limit of £3500 If someone could please advise as i beleive i have now 13 days to send my defence if i intend to defend. Its
  2. can anyone advise me how to deal with optima legal. They have taken me to court and as I missed the date of the hearing they have passed a decree. also an inhibition against the sale of my house. they have also sent for my wages to be arrested. i have been looking through my paperwork and i asked for mbna to send me a copy of my agreement. they sent it but the terms and conditions did not correspond to the front cover of the agreement. i stated to optima that i was awaiting my agreement and they said they would put everything on hold whilst mbna got back to me. in between this letter they had applied for court proceedings and that is when the decree and inhibition was passed. is there any template letters i can send them. i am in desperate worry about this as its my mothers house who is a pensioner. thanks
