Hi im new to this i joined as im having problems with ebuyer.com i recently purchased items to build a pc however i did not receive one of them so i contacted ebuyer and they asked me to fill in a lost item form which they kept claiming was wrong however it wasnt so i filled it in the 3rd time and they have seemed to accept it however shortly after when i asked what situation is no reply over the last 13days ive sent 3messages without them responding i dont know where to take it from here any help ?
