  1. Many Thanks for your help Sea-SideLady. I'll get the letter in the post today ............... Then I can start on Lloyds ! :-D
  2. I registered a while ago and since then have moved house and spent ages waiting for BT to connect the phone / internet, so am only just getting back into taking on the might of the Halifax. I was staggered upon receiving my statements back to March 2002, that the robbing gits have taken over £5,000 from me :eek: ( don't worry, large donation coming if this comes off ! ). Anyway, my query ............ My duplicate statements as a result of my Data Protection request arrived, but the statement just advises " Charges as notified " with very amounts charged, although they are obvious multiples of the £39 charge. Is it important to breka these down, or can they be input on the s/sheet and forwarded to the bank in this format ? I think 'yes' is the answer, but a bit of clarification is sought from all you experts, please.
  3. Many Thanks ........am slowly working my way through, but I am thicker than a whale sandwich, but I will persevere !
  4. I am looking forward to fulfilling my New Years resolution with the help from all you people out there and hopefully claiming back what is after all is said and done, MY money from the bank. I have spent many hours perusing the site and quickly realised that this community is very friendly and helpful and prepared to help .............. hopefully I can give a bit back with the experiences I will undoubtedly encounter on the slippery slopes ! Looking forward to asking for your assistance very soon
