Another update on this, the old hsbc debt has now been sold to a company called NCO Europe from Arrow Global This was subject to an attempted county court judgement, but because of the help from this forum I replied in mcol that the debt was stat barred and never heard back afterwards! Yet here we are still being harassed I am not going to pay, I am just updating to let people know that these parasites will do anything for pennies.

The signs will be photographed soon, but the top one is pretty big , the sign with the warnings are smaller. Will be sorted soon so others can see them. I have warned friends who I know used to park there. This will simply see that area loose customers, The butchers was once thriving, I did notice no queues for their food that day, maybe I should have guessed why...

Cheers Dx I have had help before from you with regards to seriously old debt stuff, one went to county court and was not responded to by the debt buying rats after I had your help, yet now that same company has sold the debt to another firm, my most recent letter was July 22 I filed it, the debt was stat barred many years ago, a failed ccj!! these debt buyers have tried several times to get me in court so they can try to force me into a payment deal with yet another old debt from many many years ago, now I think they may try again with this tedious car park ticket. I do not care about ccj as I would just pay the court their fee and let these parasites carry on until they realize I am skint and they will get absolutely nothing from me. My car may be going soon with these price hikes in any case. what do they think they can take from some one who has an old banger and dated rubbish in my yard. It's hilarious. 11.13.44 and strangely the last 4 digits of .13.44 is in black ink while the rest is white.

After a closer look at the pictures the time on the top one is actually 11.10.56( in the picture ) yet they have stated 11.03.15 ? and bottom on the leaving one is 11.13.44 I remember being in and out in less than ten minutes as I was heading somewhere. I have searched for this company on here before posting about my ticket? and only one came up with one in 2021 plus my thread. Cheers

A friend on fb who is in that area, has said they have permit holder only signs at the top of the road,plus small signs top and bottom of the road.I usually park by the butchers at the bottom,so I had missed those signs. Seems quite a few workers going to the butchers for batches are actually being caught out by it. This will reduce there income eventually.What an insidious world full of greed this is now.

Hi guy's I have just had a ticket for parking on a road behind some shops, everyone has parked here for years, now the council has changed the parking out front of the shops and this company seems to have added cameras and tiny signs in this road, I got a £100 notice this morning that says from 11.03.15 until 11.13.44 on the ticket i was parked there with pictures etc. I know it's 10 minutes allowed but what is this 100 fine for 10 minutes>? I am not paying it and it will now see me never shop there ever again. But what do you guys advise on this? Cheers for any help

I can't see anything for 6 years on my bank.Scrolling through my accounts.It only goes back to 2015,so i cannot get any further back on my account. I am not sure if i stopped the drip payments in January 14 or way earlier,i honestly cannot remember unless i posted it in my other thread? The trouble is i have memory loss through medications.That is why i get all angry,so sorry about the confusion if i cause any. I will try to get a statement from my bank,that must be why they tried the ccj with hsbc to make it legit they had contact with me to restart their 6 year thing. I dunno. You never know with cabot, i bet they try something as they made up statements from the HSBC and tried to use that against me in my last county court case, it was in their evidence bit. If i remember rightly that statement was 2014 with Sainsbury's reference redacted, it was a right snidey looking edited photocopy .I wish i never ripped it all up. These people are like mosquitos. Thank you i will update as they flood me with letters. So reading this again, they could not say they had contact with me to try to restart six years on another separate debt? Even though they had contacted me? Which means the HSBC thing was irrelevant? I mean i must have acknowledged every debt separately? for any debt to be restarted? You see i have another problem. A huge problem.

So as i suspected,cabot used the statute barred debt firm over 20 years ago to drag me into court to RESTART the 6 year thing trying to collect on the 2006 Sainsbury's loan. They have now sent me a letter saying i have paid so much of that debt it's time to get back track. This has gone past harassment now, I suppose the next letters will have more details as this one has no details other than what they say i have already paid and an outstanding balance that is hugely ridiculous... Looking at my bank i cannot even find the last payment they had before i quit paying them.It was over 6 years. In short... The recent ccj they tried to raise using HSBC must have been so they could try to add to that debt? These people are seriously getting nothing off me after all of this,but what do i do here other than ignore? Thank you for everything

The debt firm has lied that the bank statement is for a debt from the HSBC ! It is not true.What do you not understand in that? Can you not comprehend that Cabot are trying to say that i entered into a repayment agreement for the HSBC Which has never happened? It has no link to any other debt other than they have failed to collect on a ccj debt that was from 12-13 years ago. With another big bank. The accusation is the truth, the statement they have edited and sent me this week has a reference for another debt on my actual bank account and not the HSBC in which they are trying to ccj me with. Will they be forced by the court to show the original or will the courts simply take this false statement? That is all i want to know. Thank you that is what i intended to do.
