Hi, I am new to the forum.....and it all started with a year 'summary' of the Trevor McDonald programme over the Christmas period. I just caught the 'tail end' of the item about bank charges. A few google searches later and I found this excellent Forum....I have had a few 'run ins' with the bank over charges ....some sucessfully concluded and others ...less so. It seems to me that too many banks seem to earn their profits from unreasonable charges and encouraging people into debt. Strange.....I always thought that banks used to 'invest' money and used good business acumen to 'earn' their profits.......have times changed so much
