Did you settle at 8%? I have just received a copy of their defence from Cobbets Solicitors, I believe I should receive same from the court is that correct? Is it a difficult document to complete? At what point did they make you the offer? -
I have just received a copy of RBOS (defendants defence document from their solicitors) I believe that I should now receive an copy of same from the court plus an allocation questionnaire, is this correct? Then what?

I contacted the office of Fair Trading, they suggested that bot companies are in breach of Administration of Justice Act 1970 section 40, harassment of debtors. The best and quickest solution would be to report them to the FSA.

Thanks for that, I have sent debt recovery letter outlining case number etc and also contacted the credit management division of RBOS. Bully boy tactics.

I have issued proceedings against RBOS whom throughout initial process have only tried to intimidate me via threatening phone calls. Now I have received correspondence from debt collector even though proceedings issued to them 20 April 2007. Is this normal? Any suggestions

Sent preliminary letter to RBS about excessive bank charges and received acknowledgement requesting I send a further letter with my signature on, so they could verify my request. Considering my first correspondence included my signature is this a delaying tactic?
