  15. ok here a list of questions and answers ffom our mate mr orton 1/ how does ltsb set the charges we set our charges as part of our published chargeing tariff and in line with the terms and conditions that apply to the acconut, leaftlet enclosed 2/ is there any form of human intervention in the returning of d/d unpaid i.e do emplyees have any role to play in this process i am afraid that this is a "fact of life" these days that we,in common with many other businsses have to rely on a high level of centralization and automation to undertake some of our more volumetric processes.this said we have to employ large nimbers of staff to deal with all aspects of administration regarcing accounts that become overdrawn without prior authorisation. further more,we have to develop and maintain the thchology to allow us to carry out these tasks within precise timescales laid down by the clearing process 3/ how much profit does ltsb make by collecting the charges we have a responsibilty to our shareholders and indeed to those customers who do not overdrawn there accounts,to recover our costs the charges made as part of our published tariff contribute towards these costs copies available on request but these wil now show a specific breakdown of income if any can use this info feel free if you would like a copy of the origanal pm sorryabout spelling been on nights
