I sent my claim to my account holding branch (the one I opened my account at), Hope that helps. -
I also was told that a defence was put forward yesterday. (claim online) Today I had a letter from Nationwide Saying that my account had been credited with the full amount I was caiming. Check your account. Good luck

Hi all, Yes I'm new. I have filed a claim against Nationwide BS for £900 inclusive of interest, They have just put in a defence. Help!! what next, I was hoping it would'nt get this far.
