Firstly guys may I congratulate you on an excellent site. I've spent the last couple of hours finding out some very interesting things. On to my problem. I seem to have accrued an inordinate amount of bank charges over the last year and after reading various threads here, I'm compelled to re-claim. Seeing as I have all of my statements for the last 12 months and on the off-chance of avoiding a long drawn out process, do you think it prudent for me to visit my local branch to discuss the matter before the instigation of legal proceedings?
