I have recived letter offering my 2/3's of what I am caliming. They say it will be in my account within 10 days What sort of letter do I need to write to say I except that thanks, but I want full payment. I have had a look on a few posts, but cant find anything. Does anyone have any suggestions Thanks Matt

Hi there I have sent prlim and got usual fob off response. Since then I have sent LBA; with no response. I am now wanting to make a cliam through court, but I have lost the letter I received from the bank. Is this going to be an issue? What is the best thing I can do?

I have sent my LBA 4 weeks ago with no reply. I sent to Debbie Gilbert. Do I need to call her to confirm receipt of the letter or do I need to just go straight for court action. If I need to call her can someone give me her number Thanks in advance Matt
