I arranged for them to accept £40 has payment, called to pay them and they decided to take £120 instead so now i got to fight to get the £80 back from them. I hate this country everything about money. and yet they wonder why theres people out there sending letter bombs to the parking enforcment and DVLA.

Hi All I was caught parked on double yellow lines by cctv where unloading was not permitted at anytime at 2 in the morning when i stopped to get a drink from a Dixy chicken takeaway. never recieved a first notice asking for £40 just recieved the second notice with £80 charge. Spent 3 weeks trying to get the still images sent to me and finally recieved them yesterday. Is there anyway iI can appeal because I have 2 weeks left now to appeal and the charge goes up to £120. Thanks

Has anyone managed to remove a default placed by littlewoods I have requested a true signed copy of the credit agreement and have had no reply. wrote a second letter asking for update. no reply. complained to equifax and experian that they are processing my data with out my permission and i request a CCA to prove this belong on my report. reply from them saying the data is correct and thats it nothing else. Now what? i haven't a clue what to do next. Thanks for you help. P.S. I hate littlewoods

Hi everyone I got a letter today informing me that I have been fined £80 for parking in a restricted zone. But they have gave me any pictures plus they said this is the second letter they have sent me but this is the only letter I have received I need to write a letter asking for the pictures, if anyone has a good template letter i will be grateful Thanks

Hi all I downloaded my statements and found nationwide have taken £640 in charges so i sent prelim to them asking for the money back. no reply LBA to be sent tomorrow Thanks

Hi Everyone My uncle was parked out side his flat when his car got towed away for illegal parking, anyway he never payed the fine or collected the car he just walked away and left it. problem is the car is registered at my nans address and she is getting his letter from newlyn saying they will be round on the 18 to collect the debt. they have also turned up at the door a few weeks ago whats the best way to deal with this. also he was sectioned under the mental heal act about a month before the car got towed.

Got a letter today from moorcroft asking for the money or they will register a judgement against me and send bailiffs to collect it lol can they place a default on my credit file now that its been passed over to a dca. i just spent 6 months removing my last one dont want another one thanks

best thing to do is to send a SAR to them and get you statments. Remeber to incluse £10 Cheque/Postal order and to send it recorded delivery SAR - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/516-1-data-protection-act.html when you get the statments work out how much they charged you if its more than the default amount you should be able to remove it. thanks
