    I have had another email from My Hermes today , I am not sure if you saw the link that I sent to you yesterday, I seem to have hit a brick wall with my efforts to get compensation for my lost parcel.

    Can you help please?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us about parcel number 0825986255288985 

    I apologize for the inconvenience caused as the parcel could not be delivered. 

    We have investigated this thoroughly and unfortunately we haven't been able to locate this parcel in our network. The parcels go through several handling points and transportation, so on rare occasions this may happen. 

    We’ve assessed your case and on this occasion we’re unable to offer you a settlement as the contents of your parcel china is excluded from compensation. You can see the full list of goods that are excluded on the link below; the guidelines are stated at the time of booking your delivery.
     
     
    Once again, please accept my apologies for all the inconvenience this may have caused and I appreciate your continued patience regarding this matter.
