Hi Chaps I am helping my sister in law and my brother claim overcharges from Nat West. My sister has just been declined so we are going to small claims court. My brother has still not had his list of charges requested 4 weeks ago. They have charged my sister 1600+ in over two years They have applied charges in the region of 4500+ to my brother. It will be a long road but we will walk it. How dare they Diane
