  12. You're welcome. Yep it's heartbreaking sometimes, especially when they have been woith us from birth to 18 mnths before they go for adoption, but we love doing it.
  13. Jax, The answer is no. A CRB is only for criminal record a CCJ is a civil matter. We have been foster carers for 12 years ( new born babies) so we have to have a CRB every 12 months.

They are also responsible for any administration fees or costs that occur when the charges are processed Where exactly is the legislation saying that the RK is not liable?
