I have recieved the following from local court today. anybody any ideas. Dear MR timwils District judge ************ has considered statemnts of case and allocation questionnaires submitted in claim and has decided that a hearing is necessary before a final decision is made about allocation. at *************** on date feb 2007. The allocation hearing is required to consider directions and in particular the defendants request to rely on expert evidence The parties shall atend the hearing. In the abscence of the claimant, the claim may be struck out. In the abscence of the defendant judgement may be entered on the claim. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
