Hi Everyone. I came to this site from MoneySaving Expert as I want to seriously pursue reclaiming my bank charges. I am with HSBC and as I have web access I can view my last 6 years statements online. I have just noted every charge they have made for the last 6 years, over 2 accounts and it comes to £3500!!! I think my next steps are going to be a) open an alternative bank account, just in case and b) send my initial claim letter to HSBC. Following this, I think I will make a start on the credit cards!!! Any advice along the way would be very much appreciated and I will let you know how I get on.
