I requested that Abbey send me duplicates of my statements from when I opened my account(April 03) I received statements today from Dec 05 and to top it all the duplicates did not show the charges! .So they're not duplicates are they! I would say this is dishonest, wouldn't you? Good job I'd kept about 12 months back so I can prove they're trying to deceive me. I reckon they owe me at least £1000 although I accepted £190 as part payment. What's my next step now please can anyone advise me? I'm still non the wiser as regards to the true amount they owe me so I can't take proceedings until I know.
