I cant prove it. I have calls logged, that is all.

Hi Guys, I bought a motorbike from Colchester which had 3 months warranty. It required repairs and I live in Derby. The dealer suggested I take it to a local Honda dealer for repair and they would foot the bill. I spoke to the director of the company and he assured me they would pay for any repairs. In his own words " where are we without trust!" I called them and offered them the chance of sourcing and sending the required replacement parts on to be fitted by my local garage - they refused this offer. My local garage repaired the bike at very reasonable rates. I sent in the bill for the repairs as discussed, now they refuse to pay (how surprising!) I was offered £100 towards the repair after negotiation ( the parts cost £250 ) by the director. I have started a small claims action against them but have no proof of the conversations except logged numbers on my bills. What should I do?

The payment slip is legit - its on the back of the white slip uploaded. Q. is that a standard PCN or is it something else? It says 'Notice To Pay Excess Charge'

Hi all, Was swimming yesterday with my 3yr old and went over the free residents parking by minutes and got this: http://www.meeeet.me.uk/fine.jpg Was in a council sports centre car park (off road) using their facilities, seems a bit excessive. What should I do here? Thanks.
