  1. Thats spot on mate, thanks very much for the link much appreciated. Do you know anymore details on this deal they have though? Could help get other sites up and running again. thanks.
  2. I dont pretend to know much about anything let alone law so was asking if there was anyway around it, judging by what what your reply says (with what appears to contain an under current of sarcasim) Im guessing not. Thanks anyway.
  3. Hi all, I need help to figure out how to challenge this: quote: The Bass Tab Archive tab collection has been taken off-line in order to comply with a recently received takedown letter from legal representation for the NMPA and MPA. While I strongly disagree with their position that on-line guitar tablature is a violation of artist copyright, I have chosen to comply with this order. As there is a growing community of tablature sites being threatened in this manner, my hope is that some coordinated effort can be made to resolve this matter. I appreciate your support and am hopeful that the archive can return at some point in the future. Please contact me with any questions/suggestions/legal advice. I would like to help this man as I am a guitarist and tabs helped me and many others learn how to play, if anyone knows of a way to challenge this please help me! Tabs are a way to learn how to play your favourate artists songs, and all this is is greedy companys wanting everyone to pay £20 a pop for EACH song book. So please, help fight a good cause, keep youngsters busy doing things that are mentally testing I.E playing guitar! Thanks for all help and advice
  4. I am An Engineer for a company that sells scooters and i repair and service them. If she has the relivant insurence then yes she is covered, but if the case came to court could she really prove she was travelling at 4mph? The only way she could prove it is if her scooter is class 2, any thing such as a Pride celebity x, Shoprider Soveriegn 4, Pride Go Go ect..... If she was riding something like a Sterling Diamond, Hill climber or celebrity XL8 it would be very hard to prove. If you can remember what the scooter looks like then check out the following companys websites... Pride Moblity Sunrise medical Scootertech Roma medical Medicare technology. Hope this helps in someway.

  7. Hi all, Its been several months since my last visit here and to be honest I havent paid much attention about the Test case for banks... So i was wondering if anyone can tell me the status on this? I plan on starting a claim for my fiance, but if we cant anymore theres not alot of point? 9. Yes you would lose the court fees and wouldnt be able to claim them back at all. But like i said just hold fire till someone else advises you ok? Theres alot of very experinced people on here but they do have lifes outside of this forum so we all gotta be a bit patient in waiting for replys to posts, dont worry, the cag will look after ya
  10. Hi, im not the expert on this subject as my claim didnt go that far, the only advice i can give is if your not 100% sure then maybe it'd be in your interest to start over? even if its for piece of mind? If your at the stage were you can still pull out and start over it might be an idea.... i mean hold out abit longer incase someone has some better advice an all but i think it'd be worth considering. Sorry i cant be of more help, like i said im no expert!
