  1. Dear PatDavies, Thanks for your kind advice regarding this issue. TEC had written to me earlier regarding my explanation and response to the pcn from WANDSWORTH claiming that the contents of my letter had been duly noted... but are unable to comment on the validity of the original PCN or any representations that i may have already made against the charge. According to TEC, WANDSWORTH has registered a PCN charge in my name and they intend to issue a warrant of execution against me. My only options to prevent further action is to either pay the PCN or Appeal by filing a Statutory Declaration (PE3), but for this form to be accepted, it must be signed in front of a Commissioner of Oaths or an Officer of the Courtetc for which a charge must be paid. GOD!!! all this for a car that i had disposed off fully and legally five months before the first PCN. The current owner may not even be aware of anything. am really confused by this whole thing.
  2. Is there a place to go to contact National Appeal parking Adjudicator? i have a similar case to yours and i think Wandsworth Council is really taking the peace with me. I honestly would like to sue them for harrasment and intimidation.
  3. I am having issues with the Wandsworth Borough Council with regards to parking permit and ownership of a vehicle. I dispose of a vehicle in April 2006 and had a DVLA confirmation in writing. I received a PCN from Wandsworth council in September 2006 for a contravention in July 2006 for the same vehicle. After a lengthy verbal ad written dispute, the council sent me a notice of acceptance letter for the charge agreeing that I do not owe the vehicle at the time. On the 28th of December 2006, I received a court order of recovery initiated by the council for the same PCN stated above. I have written several letters of explanation to everybody involved including DVLA. Now TEC (Traffic Enforcement Centre) in Northampton one of the groups I wrote to insists I have to make payment as requested by Wandsworth Council. What do I do??? help
  4. Dear Fulhamnick vbmenu_register("postmenu_508800", true); thanks for your reply and advise onthe issue with both Barclays Bank and Barclays Card. The problem with these bullies was actually bending my mind and doing my head in. I intend to follow your advise. However, you referred to Barty's post. Where would i get this post? Thanks again.
  5. Dear Friend, What address did you write to when you wrote to Barclays Card? And did you get a name? Could you also kindly show a sample of your letter? We seem to have the same issue with Barclay Card. Regards James Olomola [email protected]
  6. I have a similar issue with Barclays Card. I wrote them in December 20th 2006 using the Data Protection letter template default letter asking for the 6 years charges etc. I sent to them the default £10:00 and posted the letter via registered mail. I now have a copy of delivery and receipt of letter, however, Barclays Card has not yet responded to my letter in any way. I do not know what to do next. However, I have had a reply from Barclays Bank to whom I sent a similar letter and they have sent my £10.00 back and two big envelopes of all my bank statements for 6 yrs. What do I do next??? help!!!
