hi you may want to start this thread in debt collection forum as you are more likely to get the help you need.

yes write to moorcroft asking for proof of the alledged debt and ask bt for a statement of account so you can se what you owe. l had this when l changed from bt to virgin wrote to moorcroft with a sort of "who the hell are you and what do you want" letter, although there is a proper prove it letter on here which you may want to use look in the debt collection section, you'll find it in there. l refused to deal with moorcroft at all paid bt direct until l'd paid the bill.

couldn't agree more Andy lol. l tried to ring the court a few times to see if there is an end date to the stay, however due to the weather conditions the automated voice message said they were working with a skeleton staff and the phone just keeps ringing so l gave up.

just to update. There is nothing to update! lol. Should l do something about getting the case thrown out? lt was stayed on Jan 7th
