  1. Hi there, I have got to the stage where I need to do the N1 form. They offered £105 on £1087 so told them I accepted as part payment but would continue until I got the rest. I have always used the basic spreadsheet and have calculated charges and the interest on those charges. Is that the figures I put on the N1 form? Thanks for your help.
  2. Hi all, I have sent all the letters up to LBA. A partial offer (about 10%) was made so I need to go onto the next step now. Without wishing to sound too thick, what do I do now?? Thanks for your help. :)
  3. Hi all, Have sent off all letters in order up to LBA. Have just had a reply to a letter sent 2 months ago offering £105 on total charges of £1087. Is there a standard reply to this to say I accept it as part payment and will continue to court for the rest? Thanks for all your help. :)
  4. Hi all, Am I able to claim back UNAUTHORISED OVERDRAFT FEES can anyone tell me please? Thanks.

  6. Hi all. have received the information on our joint account but they have not sent through all the info on mine or my wife's account. What letter should I be sending next? The initial 40 days was up at the end of Jan. Thanks for your help.
  7. Hi Teatree, My letters state that they can do nothing on manual interventions as well. But I have copied the letter from the Microfiche stickey and am posting them at lunchtime today, which gives them 5 days to comply after they receive it tommorow. So we shall see if the statements come....
  8. Thanks Paintball. Just rang Customer Services and they will happily send me the statements at the cost of £5. Sending letter recorded at lunchtime today with cheque and a reminder that they have until Sunday to honour my request!!!
  9. Hi all, I have a letter back from the Co-op, with "a complete list of charges" on 2 sheets of A4, column headings of Commission, Commission Refund, Debit INterest, DR Int Ref and Fees. Also they have retruned my Postal Order saying this information is "Free of Charge". What should I do now, resend the SAR with the Postal Order reminding them they have about 6 days to get me the information? Any help greatly appreciated... Thanks
  10. Hi all, I have had a letter from Abbey, basically saying that after 14 months the information is on micro fiche and it is not possible to provide me with a computer print out, but they will send me a list of archived transactions between 2000 and 2005. I have heard this is just delaying tactics. If this is the case what do I need to do now? Is there another standard letter I should be sending back? They have left it rather late as the 40 days is up this weekend. Thanks for your help,
  11. Hi all, Just an update. Statements have started to filter through from Abbey. The last 12 months so far, all individual postage paid envelopes!! How ridiculous. Is this standard procedure? Should I be expecting another 30 envelopes per account??? Thanks, Mark
