Am I allowed to claim the recent £12 charges that I have incurred during the last 6 months, along with my previous five and a half years of higher penalties I am claiming?? Hi There, I Have Sent Hsbc A Prelim Letter With My 6 Years Copied Bank Statements,which I Have Highlighted The Charges,the Dates,and What The Charge Was. They Have Sent Me Back A Letter Saying I Have Put It In The Wrong Way And That They Require It In A Schedule,listing Dates And What The Charge Was For ???????? When It Says That Information On The Statement??? And The Total On The Letter?? Are They Trying It On Or Do I Have To Re-list All The Charges In A Seperate Schedule,please Help......
