  1. I thought I had 14 days from when I submitted the AQ. So do I have to wait until the judge orders the draft directions? If that is the case is it 14 days from when the judge orders it?
  2. I submitted my Allocation Questionnaire the other day as per the instructions from GaryH's sticky. I used the template for his Draft Order. I now have to submit to the court and also Lloyds solicitors the following: a) A schedule setting out each charge repayment of which is sought, showing the date, amount, and reason given (if any) for that charge being made; b) Copies of any statement or other document relied upon as showing that each and every charge has been made; c) A statement of evidence of all matters relied upon as tending to show that the charges are irrecoverable as penalties or otherwise; d) Copies of decided cases and other legal materials to be relied upon I have most of this info ready but do I have to take it to the court personally or do I just send it recorded delivery? Many Thanks
  3. Thanks for all your help. Cheers.
  4. When I have filled this form out do I attach the list of charges to this form when I send it back to the court? Many Thanks,
  5. Thanks for replying. I certainly hope that it is just posturing by the bank and they do settle before the date. Thanks for the info.
  6. Where can I find a copy of the Allocation Questinnaire? When Lloyds TSB enter their defence does that mean I will have to go to court? Thanks for replying.
  7. I took my bank the Lloyds TSB to court to try and get my charges back. I received a letter from the court in Northampton, and the bank have said they "intend to defend all of this claim". Can someone give me any advice about this. Does this mean the bank are going to contest this or is this another tactic they use to make people back off? Many Thanks.
