  1. fourgrand, you have to now issue judgement against lloyds (if they've had their allocated time to reply from courts). Once this is done, they will ignore you again, once the 30 days are up, send in a letter saying they have 7 days to pay you or you will enforce the judgement. Almost everyone i know has gone through this and has been paid within days of the final letter after default. Good luck! It'll take some time, but i'm sure you'll get it. I sent initial claim in january received funds a month ago. ACB
  2. there must be another way..... they've paid up, hencebeing in the wrong, so therefore they should now pay immediately. i will do some more researching..
  3. nahthat wont work.. somone recently did something similar but i cant find the letter he wrote after lloyds said, do it all over again.... and then he didnt have to.
  4. I've already been paid by Lloyds TSB and therefore have won the case, whats the quick route to getting the last 6months of charges back quickly? Anyone? I've sure hagen or bankfodder had something similar awhile back and had to write a letter saying, hey, you just paid ie you are wrong pay me the new charges. Anyone!!?
  5. i've asked thesame q noone has got back to me either..
  6. surely there is a faster way to do this as i read about one of the big boys here sending a letter saying, Oi, you just settled with me, you're wrong, pay me now.. something like that. anyone done read that somewhere? i cant find the thread..
  7. Hey all, Lloyds have now paid me, which legally makes them wrong no? So no i have some extra charges for the last 6 months, is their a good letter or route to getting these back quickly due to them already paying me and obv accepting they're wrong? ACB™
  8. they legally have 30 days to respond to the judgment. once thats over, you send them this, the difference is the "issuing a warrant" in the letter..
  9. hey john, i and many others have been in the same place. once they have had their 30 days to respond to the Judgement, simply send a letter by special delivery telling them they have now 7 days etc, like this: *May 23, 2007* *Lloydstsb Bank Plc* *Andover Service* *Recovery Centre* *Charlton Place* *Andover* *Hampshire* *SP10 1RE* Dear Sir or Madam, *Re. Account number: **-**-** ********* *Claim number ******** Date claim issued **/**/2007 Date Judgment Issued 16/05/07* I have had a decision from the court that the claim is in my favour due to you not acknowledging my claim. I Request payment into my account within 10 days, or I will issue a warrant. I look Forward to hearing from you they paid me and others within 2 days. good luck!
  10. Hey MissNaughty, can you show me exactly what form you used to write to lloyds? I need to do that today.. Thanks ACB™
  11. I've now passed the stage of issuing judgement and am now having to enforce it.... i really think we need a seperate little forum in here somewhere for everyone who is getting absolutely NO response from the banks.. to the point of wasting time and money and having to now pay to enforce all this. I'm really quite sick of it, and am planning a little "show/protest" outside their headoffice and i'll get friends in media to be there too.. Does anyone else feel like this!? we have to start doing something but what!
  12. Hi Hagen, The letter i received is the same as car got, a duplicate of what is sent to the defendant telling them i've applied for judgement in defauly nothing more. I keep forgetting to bring hte letter in but it doesnt say anything more than it being a copy of what i sent to the courts.. i'll try remember tonight great.. i'll be sending off my letter today and will wait the 7 days. yes i'm claiming around £1200. What is writ of fieri facias? over the last 6 months i have around £4/500 to claim again too out of interest.. dreading having to go over all this again. Thanks again hagen.
  13. indeed. hence the reason i think we need another subgroup for people like us..
