OK, a question about the template letter. How do I know if the red section is applicable? Do I need to get a credit check done? Is there anyway I can get this done for free?

Hi all, I am new here, came looking for a way to reclaim the charges on my account. I have had £180 of charges in the past 3 months - and now I have nothing. I'm with smile, and I have been treated awfully by them. I think it's because I am a student. They were very rude to me on the telephone, and I have complained about their treatment previosuly. I hope to be able to reclaim at least some of the charges they have put onto my account. Now all I need to do is count up some of the money in my coppers jar to buy a stamp!!
