Well not sure what to say as this is the first time on a forum ( quite scary). I have worked for many banks over the years including HFC, Abbey, HBOS and Bank of Scotland and I know how ruthless they can be but am up for trying to get my bank charges back and would love any advice. Everyone sound very nice so I hope if I have any queries you will be able to answer them. Wish me Luck x
