Hello, Allow me to intorduce myself. I've been admiring from a far for a while now and have convinced myself that I'm ready to go through with this now. Especially after HSBC charged me £125 in one month, even though I hurriedly put replaced the money overdrawn in my account straight away. I phoned them to ask if they could refund the entire amount to save us both the bother of going to court to claim it back and they offered me £50. So far I've worked out they owe me a LOT more than £50. I'm just at the very beginning (calculating interest, sending intial letter off) so I don't need help right now, but wondered if anyone has tried doing this with HSBC by email? Is there an email contact I can use? I haven't been a man of letters for a very long time now.
