i have looked on the faq's bit but cant find what i need can anyone tell me the next step? i have got to the point where i need to issue a court form but not sure how to go about this or what form it is i need.

i have sent 4 letters to them asking for my cash back and now they have sent a final answer letter along with a oft leaflet and the next step is court dates can any one tell me how to go about this as i have no idea of the next step.i cant just let them get away with this as they have given me nothing but grief since and i am currently not paying them because its my money they are asking for in charges still!!! someone please help meee!!!!!
