Update on my case Received offer from colin offering £2442.00 two days after AQ was filed Received offer from Dg for full amount plus interest plus court charges on 17th Feb Accepted full amount it was paid into my account a week later My advice is do not accept smaller offers from Colin & his team just play the waiting game and DG will pay you in full Believe me I have a bulging bank balance to proof it
  2. still no news Sent my AQ off on saturday to the court and also another schedule of charges to DG will the AQ fee included Both were sent special delivery so they should be received today Whats my chance of an offer this week?
  3. My AQ is due 6th Feb will be sending it special delivery tommorow unless of course I get an offer from DG this morning (and pigs might fly) They told me last week that it will be 2-3 week looks like that delay will cost me and then them another £100 Fingers crossed for all of you x

Just to update this thread have had a phone call from Julie at DG today They have my schedule of charges but the claim is with the clients it will be another 2-3 weeks Aq is due to be filed next tuesday when i will be sending DG another up to date schedule of charges which will include the £100 AQ charge

Have just got a phone call from julie (they start work early) They do have my schedule of charges 'but' their clients are looking at my claim and sorry but it will be another 2-3 weeks they seem to have the same story for everyone I informed her that my AQ would be going in on monday which would increase her clients costs by £100 and she replied that she understood that I had procedures to follow. 'she seemed a very nice and understanding person' LOL I think we just have to wait for the offers to come through the post just hope the wait is not to long

  10. I think julie must have spent the morning phoning everyone. I also got a message this morning saying that she was replying to my message last week, sorry for the delay in replying but if i was to phone 01214552701 she would be pleased to speak to me I phoned the said number which puts me through to rachels voicemail Where would DG be without it voicemail All i want to know is if they received my schedule of charges will phone early tomorrow will be sending my Aq at the end of this week dont think an offer will come out before
  11. My Aq is due back on 6th febuary. You might not get any reply from HSBC I had the standard 'investigating into your claim will let you know when we have looked into it' letter dated 29/12/2006 and am still waiting for this reply (I dont expect a reply at this stage) The offers at the moment seem to be coming out a day or two before the AQ deadline or just after. Fingers crossed I will get one before the end of next week, just before i have to pay another £100 for the AQ. Good luck with your claim
  12. My AQ is due on the 6th feb, I have phoned debbie at DG three times this week, keep getting her voicemail, have left messeages but still have'nt received any reply. But what new i have had that response all the way through this claim they dont seem to want to talk to me

I am in the same boat I have had no reply from any of my letters I filed my MCOL on 21/12/06 this was acknowledged on 29/12/06 this was the first response i had from them Have had a letter dated 29/12/06 to say they were investigating my claim but no sign of any offer and no further letters They have now entered a defense and the deadline for my allocation questionaireis 06/02/07 Your theory about current and ex customers is wrong as i am still a current customer and we have been treated the same Have you sent your schedule of charges over to DG solicsters If not do it monday then chase it up with a call to make sure they have got it a few days later at this stage we have to keep reminding them we are here, they might get fed up and gives us our money I do think we will have an offer before our deadline Just read all the threads on this site You dont read about anyone not getting their money
