i have always had an overdraft for many years and for the first time last july i went over my overdraft limit on just one ocassion and it was not by a drastic amount. I was charged £25 for doing that. Then in aug and sept i went over a couple of times and i was charged £50 each time. I went overdrawn today as well and am told i will charged. I asked a young bank clerk about this and she said it was in my terms and conditions. I think its quite sickening that since july i have been charged well over £100 for been overdrawn. Is this against the law?
