The notice of seizure has, form of walking possession, on it but i haven't signed it.

Please can someone help me. Have today had a hand delivered letter from Equita bailiffs concerning my council tax arrears. Have been paying my council tax over the automated phone line and am now only behind by this month, 79.00 pounds. I have also had a, notice of seizure and inventory of goods, which states that i owe 569.50 pounds for council tax, and 162.00 bailiff costs. This is their first visit. Their have put on there my vehicle registration and a description of my car, but the car is on hire purchase. Could anyone please give me any advice on what to do next, or who i should get in touch with first. The letter says payment due in full - 24 hours. Thanks.

Sent my request for payment on the 27th November. Today i received a letter offering me 1,864.00. My total request was for 2,180.00. What would be the best letter to send accepting offer as partial payment, but will be pursuing the rest? Any help would be grateful thanks.

I am just preparing my schedule of charges for the Halifax, but i have no idea what the charges are in respect of. Does anyone have any idea as to what i can put in there? Any help would be very much appreiciated. Thanks.

Hi. I also sent my Data Protection Act letter with cheque on the 7th oct. Cheque was cashed over a week ago but i still have not heard or had any correspondence off Halifax at all. I hope i hear soon.
