Hi there everyone, I started a claim about 5/6 months ago, asked my accounts to send me statements ect. I received a few back but then something came up and I didnt have the time to persue my claim :-| My question is.....can I now continue with my claim and how do I go about it? Do I just send off the next letter or should I approach it a different way now? Any help much appreciated, Aimee
