  5. hi,im already in the process of claiming my bank charges back from lloyds. My partner wishes to do the same but he is in a different situation, and i dont know how to start the process.... He took out a loan of 5000 two years ago.He paid it off down to 2000 then lost his job so couldnt pay for a few months untill he got back on his feet...now they are demanding he pay almost the 5000 again! i think its 16.00 under.Where will he stand with this as we dont mind paying the 2000 but not another 3000 fees. Also how do i set the ball rolling thankyou

  14. when i saw that i was overdrawn today via internet banking,i got my sister to put in 40.00 at 9amto cover the cheque that made me overdrawn. The cheque was to go out today on the 11th and the money was paid in to clear it on the 11th yet they have still bounced it! I am phoning my bank up in the morning(lloydstsb) to ask not to be charged as the money was put in before the end of the working day.Does anyone know what chance i will have and where i stand on not being charged and also if they can still clear the cheque (money is still in there, but they have bounced it). Also can i be charged for them bouncing a cheque that would have only made me 87p over drawn? thankyou
