Alternativly got Online Credit Reports and Credit Reporting from a Leading Credit Agency: Equifax and apply for the 69.99 per annum membership on a 30 day free trial. Get as many credit reports within the 30 days free and then cancel the membership.

Herbie is correct in what the rules are but when you claim in a small court then all these fees have to add up infront of a judge. If you explain a point to the judge it is better than writing with legal refenrces and all that. also never ever goto small claims with a breif.

REcieved a letter from the debt managers chasing a old bank account which was 5 years over its default. Sent them a cheque for a cca . paid the cheque in through their girobank account and wrote on the back that this was for cca only. Also sent them a letter with the relevant cheque number on the cca letter. The cheque has been cashed. debt managers have not replied to my letter either. It was sent to them in feburary. Now i think they have gone over their 12 working days and am also waiting for the 30 days to go and will then report them for a criminal offence.

If you have acopy of your cashed cheque then you can issue against the ir for sevearl things, harassment,damage etc the list is continuous. I would personally speak to the cab or if you have legal cover on your contents/car insurance speak to them. they will be able to do the work for you. !!!
