hi, just got a letter from Abbey saying they are investigating my complaint and they will write to me within the next four weeks to let me know what is happening.their fourteen days will be up on the 5th of december, do i still send them the seven day letter saying i will take them to court?. thanks taxidon

hi can anyone tell me what date i can charge from.Is it the date I sent the letter or when they recieved the letter. thanx taxidon1
