Hi all, I thought I had better post here explaining my own case of trying to reclaim my bank charges. I am going through the step by step guide on these forums but have now come to a halt it seems. I am claiming for £4900 which is a lot of money over the last 6 years. They sent me a letter 3 weeks ago saying they are awaiting the result of a court case before they can continue with my claim. I'm guessing this is a standard letter to halt proceedings for such a big claim but I need advice as to where to go from here? Thanks in advance, Richie.

Hi people, This is my first post here and I'm following the forum step by step instructions on how to reclaim my bank charges but... I got to the stage where I sent them a threatening letter as they failed to reply to my claim. Anyway, my claim is for nearly £5000 in charges alone but they sent me a letter saying 'we cannot resolve your claim untill the outcome of a major court case concerning bank charges claims' Has anyone else had this letter? If so, does anyone know when this case will be reslolved and what is curently happening with the thousands of bank charge claims on hold? Thanks in advance, Richie.
