  1. Quick update!!! Still no reply. I've been more than generous with the 72 hours originaly given so time now for further action!

  3. The only problem i have with that is that the person on the Virgin Media bill has never lived at my address so it looks like an error coming from the estate agents would that kind of thing be recorded in their records?

We have never used nor intend to use Virgin media. A few months ago a Virgin Media bill came through the door with somebody elses name but to our correct address.   5. I'm not sure if this is a scandal or not but as far as i'm concerned it's scandalous! First a bit of background: My wife and I have lived in our home for approx 4 years.
