  1. As we all know the bank sends u a letter saying you've gone overdrawn without authorisation and unfortunately we've had to charge u 30quid for this... My questions are (a) do they keep a copy of Every letter sent to you (b) if yes, can these also be requested and © although i hate it, on-line banking seems convenient. I've signed up for a username and password (after years of neglect on my account), do they keep a record of ALL statements on their database, (d) how does one highlight the penalty charges on their statements, i.e. how do you know it's a penalty charge, will it say'£30 pentaly charge' or something else oh and i'm also going to be doing this procedure for a friend. he wants to claim back about 10-15years worth of bank charges, he's a business account holder with several banks. Will the procedure be the same for each account as it is for my personal account or do their differ in some manner? Oh and also if he gets his thousands of pounds back in bank charges, i'm getting his R6 bike for free :> lol so yeah, some minor information would be nice please. Thanks Usman
