Hi, Well went to court today and no show from Cobbetts, although they had filed a defence and therefore didn't need to turn up ???? Anyway - I was the only case re-bank charges today and deamed less in important than any other case. I was advised that a judge had phoned in sick this morning and therefore my case would have to be put back to after sitting there for over 2hrs. Court date now - 10th July !!! Requested the judge rule in my favour as no show from cobbetts and advised as it was the courts decesion to amend and Cobbetts may still show up !!! Friday 13th for me.

Due in court on Friday 13th April and no offer received yet from Natwest !!! Anyone else due in court soon and still awaiting an offer ?

Just getting round to the Court Bundle, court date 13th April - Apart from the contents page do - have to amend anything in the 43 page court bundle or do I simply print 3 copies ? Thank you

Hi, Court date received - 13th April in Manchester County court !! Can I send a CPR part 18 request to Natwest ? - Hoping by doing so that my claim might be settled earlier and won't get to court. Going to start my court bundle tomorrow anyway as it looks like it's gonner take a while - but will be well worth every min !

Hi, Can anyone help with how to prepare a court bundle ? Claiming £2700 !! Also if you do claim charges back, can the bank issue a default notice against you - making it difficult for you to obtain further credit in the future ?

Hi, I started my claim end of Oct 06 and I'm currently awaiting a court date !!! My local court verbally advised that my case was with the judge and a court date should be set soon !! I expect to have to go to court and obviously have the defence, QA and details of my charges - is there anything else I would need to take on the day ? (if it does get to court) Thank you
