hi guys, just registered with CAG after linking from MoneySavingExpert as I'm about to take my poncey "Cater Allen Private Bank" to task for excessive charges over the last 6 years. Looking forward to the battle after reading so many positive outcomes. I've read the FAQ, looked at the forums and opened up a seperate account - I'm adding up the charges today and will send my first letter off shortly. One thing - Cater Allen is part of the Abbey Group - should I be writing to them at Triton Square or direct to the private bank's address?
