Hi, I am currently in the process of starting the seeming arduous task of getting my bank charges back. However, I feel a little bemused on where to send the first letter requesting the back date of statements (which show the bank charges). Is there a definitive answer to this? On money savings expert one couple sent to the bank the account is registered at and I have also noticed contact details on here as a sticky..... Letter will be sent tomorrow pm - just want to know where the best place to send it is? Sorry to post yet another user vs bank thread... but I will update this as it progresses
