Hi everyone. I've been a member here for a while and have read some good advice. I haven't posted before as I didn't have much to contribute (there's plenty of wiser and more knowledgeable posters than I!) but I do have an issue that hopefully one of you wiser heads can help with. My sister recently got a letter from a Debt Collection Agency claiming she owed almost £2k to EE which had now sold the debt onto the DCA. I advised her to check with the DCA and EE - as well as her credit files. Eventually she found out that someone had given her name, date of
