Hi all My first time on the site but just wondered if I could have some advice. My claim is for £1700.00 over 6 years with the HSBC I first requested a refund on 8th November and have since threatened them with court action. They wrote to me on 21st December apologising for the delay and promising to be in touch before 8th January (8 weeks). I have not had any post from them and wanted to know what the 8 week deadline meant in terms of my claim. Should I proceed now with the Court Action. The charges are all for exceeding my overdraft. Thanks.
