Well was back in court today for recall of decree Bank wanted the recall due to admin error and claimed they were making payment within 14 days of the 8 th of June this did not happen Judge allowed the recall to happen,and asked if i had received a cheque from the bank and i said no,Their agent had a letter claiming that they had sent a cheque and the judge said what more admin error. The agent then asked if they could have a 4 week continuance which the judge said all that will do is cause more expence and refused. He then awarded me another decree to include expences for today:grin:

Well the bank are recalling the decree i won saying they did,nt turn up due to admin error so i am back in court on the 6th July.

Hi Robertxc Thanks for replying,i phoned the court yesterday and asked do i need to do anything and they said just turn up,do you think i should still write to them. Will write to the bank today ,as i never received a copy of their defence do you think it would be okay to ask for this?Also this is a joint account but i am the only name on the claim,i have a letter from other half giving consent to do this which i had taken to court with me on the 8th June incase it was needed,do you think i should send a copy of this letter to the bank before the 6th July. Hi there,No they don,t say what the admin error is just that this is the reason they failed to show in court on the 8th. Thanks for all you're support i really need it right now,I have pm robertxc a message so here's hoping he can give some advice.

Called the courts this morning and they said i need to turn up on the 6th of july. Hopefully Caro will read this.Need all the help i can get

Hi twoofus their scare tactic is working it took all the guts i had to turn up on the 8th of June now i have to do it all over again. Do you know if there is a list of cases they have tried this before that i can take with me ?

Please everyone need help here ,have received a citation this morning from the court The Clydesdale bank has recalled the decree and the case is on the 6th july.Stating they failed to show due to admin error I feel a nervous wreck i REALLY thought this was all finished. Where do i go from here? Can i get a list of cases they have previously done this with to take to court with me.I am at the stage of pulling out of this but at the same time i know that is what they want. Please someone Help
