just had a thought.........my branch is next door to the post office so am i better hand delivering the SAR or send it Recorded Delivery. All help muchly appreciated. tks stycks -

mmmmmmmm thought id replied to u leanne but i cant c it so if its on twice ull b seeing double. will send letter requesting statements when i get a new ink cartridge...........y do they always run out at the wrong time. stycs

ive justread in one of the faqs that charges under £12 were acceptable. Does this mean i cannot claim for the £8 per day my bank are charging for being owerdrawn? by the way the site is brilliant - it might just be me not looking in the right oplace for an answer to the above:confused:

tks michael i realise its gonna take time but the last straw was a letter today_ 2 unpaid DD ~ one letter cost me £70!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
