  1. ENTER YOUR FULL NAME HERE (PGB) ENTER YOUR BANK'S FULL NAME HERE (catalogue) SORT CODE: (Delete this section) ACCOUNT NUMBER: (XXXX/XXXX) SCHEDULE OF CLAIM FOR CHARGES PERIOD: [DATE FROM] TO [DATE TO] (First date and last date) In Respect of: Amount Date Incurred Days since offence Interest 8% APR UNPAID CHQ CHARGE £10.00 31/03/2003 2728 £6.00 You just put the charge reason, the amount, and the date you received it. The 8% interest will automatically add for you in the interest column. The simple spread sheet is the best one to use.
  2. Hiya Tez. Yes you can claim back the charges on ALL your catalogues. What you need to do is send a SAR letter to get all your statements. You have to send £10 to get the statements, but you claim this back at a later stage. You need all the info to start with. Here is a link for you to read. It has links for the letters you will need. http://www.consumerwiki.co.uk/index.php/Step_By_Step_Guide
  3. If you look in the step by step guide in my signature, it will tell you what to do now, also the letters are there. You need to send them the prelim letter and a spread sheet of the charges. All explained in the guide. Hmmmmm seems im having a bit of an issue with my sig. Here is the link I wanted you to look at. http://www.consumerwiki.co.uk/index.php/Step_By_Step_Guide

  9. I have also merged your threads together as it is easier to follow your progress if it is all in one place.
  10. Hiya PB They legally have 40 days to send you the SAR information. How many days has it been so far? It is good you have the proof they received it, but they are known for dragging it out. Chances are you will soon get a nice bundle in the post. If not there is a letter in the template library you can send them, but for now I'm afraid it is just a waiting game.
  11. peanut butter in a humane trap normally works. Guess it depends on the mouse if you use chunky or smooth

  13. There is a thread in the garden where people are discussing it. It will be easier to see peoples comments if they are all together. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?272257-CAG-Site-upgrade
  14. No this won't make any difference to your reclaim. As soon as you get your statements, count up every charge, and if you get stuck, let us know.
  15. I will move this thread over to the disability section, there is a lot more advice in there.
  16. They do normally like to stretch out the 40 days, but can sometime surprise you. Make sure you make a note of the date they received it, so you can keep a check of the 40 days. It is hard to give an exact time limit on reclaiming, but don't let that make any difference. Pay the minimum payments for now, and see what they send. Do not pay the full balance yet!
  17. Yes claim back ALL the £12 charges, and always double check in case you miss any
  18. Sky has a good offer on at the moment. It is worth having a look. I moved to Sky a few months ago and have never looked back
